GRIT® is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout available in both STRENGTH and CARDIO versions

GRIT® uses a variety of body weight and weighted exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. It improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn.

High intensity interval training consists of short but intense bursts of exercise followed by a rest period. One major benefit of HIIT workouts is the afterburn it provides. Research shows that you will continue to burn calories sometimes hours after you've stopped working out. This is a major boost to your metabolism, resulting in excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC)

Attending just one 30 minute HIIT class a week is the optimum amount of time to burn fat most effectively. Working out at 90% effort will make your heart rate soar, boosting your fitness and releasing endorphins. Try combining a HIIT workout with weight training and cardio to drive results.
