T's & C's for holds

Holds (suspensions, freezes) can take up to 2 business days to be actioned after filling in this firm. Your membership will be automatically placed on hold until Sunday 29th August, and payments will commence again from 30th August (subject to change in line with Government mandated lockdown).

Any unpaid memberships or Debit Success late fees will still be deducted from your account during a suspension, but no additional membership fees will be added to your account.

You will only pay for the days your membership is active, meaning your first payment when we come back from lockdown may not be your full weekly rate.
