How do I win prizes?
Prizes are awarded based on: Best Transformation (Grand Prize) – judged on before & after body scans and photos. Spot Prizes – based on consistency, effort, and rewards for most fat lost and most improved muscle gained.
Do I have to submit progress photos to win?
To be eligible for the Grand Prize (Best Transformation), you must submit before & after photos and body scan results. However, you can still win spot prizes for consistency, participation, engagement and completing/winning mini challenges.
How much does it cost to join?
Sign up for just $79.95 with the early bird special (before August 10th) with flexibility to pay in 5 weekly payments of $15.99.
Price will increase August 11th. Last day to sign up is 23rd August 2025.
Do I need to be a Profiles Gym member to join?
Yes! This challenge is open to all our members including Profiles Gym, Reboot, Ethos, Profiles Plus and Profiles Collective.
What if I can't start exactly on August 25th?
That’s okay! You’ll still have access to all workouts, nutrition plans, mini challenges and accountability tasks to help keep you accoumtable.
What are the challenge dates?
The challenge kicks off on August 25th, 2025, and runs for six weeks until 5th October 2025.
How will I receive updates during the challenge?
You’ll get regular updates and check-ins through the Profiles Training App, email, and our private online community.
Will I receive a meal plan?
The challenge includes nutrition guidance, meal plans, recipe books, and food journaling tools.
Do I need any special equipment?
No! The challenge includes both gym-based and home-based workouts, with options for all fitness levels and available equipment.
Can I do this challenge with a friend?
Absolutely! We encourage you to invite friends, family, or gym buddies. Having a partner boosts motivation and accountability!
