How much is it to sign up?

When I sign up online it asks me to pick one gym location. Do I still get 24hr access to all gyms?
Yes! All of our gyms have 24 hour access available for members. If you're just coming to the gym as a casual visit, you still need to come during staffed hours.
Do you have special prices for seniors and students?
Yes! Come in and see us to sign up on a special membership or contact us to get information on prices.
For student memberships, you will only be able to stay on the discounted rate while you are an active student. Please note that a price rise may apply to you if your student ID expires.
How do I get my membership card if I sign up online?
Your card will be ready for you to collect at the gym you select when signing up. You'll just need to come in during staffed hours to pick it up and sign a 24hr membership agreement.
If I sign up online, is there a contract?
Nope! Our memberships aren't on contracts, so there's no risk or surprise cancellation fees. There is a minimum term of 1 month per membership though, so keep that in mind when signing up. If you want to cancel before the 1 month, you will be charged until 1 month after you signed up.
Can I pay upfront rather than weekly?
Yes! We have upfront payment options available. Come in and see us to sort those memberships out.
Do I have to pay anything upon signing up?
Any additional fees are outlined on the Debit Success form when you proceed to sign up. Sometimes we may be running specials where there is no joining fee or no card fee so keep an eye on our membership page for those! We may also run different joining fees for these specials.
Can I put my membership on hold?
You're able to hold your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. If you'd like to put it on hold, please contact us so that we can forward on a suspension form and get the dates applied.
Can I bring a friend?
You are not permitted to give any non-members access to the gym outside of staffed hours. Anyone who is not a member must see reception upon arrival. Casual sessions are $20 per visit.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you'd like to cancel, we just need 14 days notice. You can still use the gym for these 14 days. You will need to come into the gym during staffed hours to sign a cancellation form. If you are paying weekly, you cannot cancel within the first month.
I lost my membership tag, can I get a new one?
Tags are just $10 to replace. Come and see us at reception during staffed hours to pick up a new one.
How do I pay for my membership?
You can sign up online and have the money direct debited from a bank account or debit card of your choice. Payments are done through Debit Success, not the gym itself. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly on a day of your choice.
I have a problem with my billing or need to change my account information, who do I contact?
We can change your card payment method here at the gym. If you want to change your bank account number, you'll need to contact Debit Success directly. Please keep in mind that debit success charges late fees if you miss payments so it's always a good idea to get in touch with them if you have any major issues with payments.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Debit Success charges late fees for all missed payments. This includes if your credit card expires or you no longer use your chosen bank account. If late payments persist, they will have debt collectors chase up payments.
