Gyms will be open from 11:59pm on Tuesday 7th September under Level 2 guidelines.
To hold your payments, please fill in the email form below.
To cancel your membership, you will need to come into the gym during staffed hours.
We aim to respond to your emails within 48 hours. Please be patient as we have a large number of messages at this time.
If you are contacting us regarding your app saying staff need to approve your request, please contact us if it is not approved within 24 hours. It will not be approved if your name doesn't match our system.
