If you would like to cancel or hold your membership, please go to any of our 4 locations during staffed hours to fill in a form. No cancellations or holds are valid unless the correct form has been filled in.
If you are contacting us regarding your app saying staff need to approve your request, please contact us if it is not approved within 24 hours. It will not be approved if your name doesn't match our system.
