How do I win prizes?

Prizes are awarded based on: Best Improved Visual Transformation Grand Prize $750 cash – judged on before & after body scans and photos. Spot Prizes – based on consistency, effort, winning mini challenges, ticking off task.

Do I have to submit progress photos to win?

To be eligible for the Grand Prize (Best Visual Transformation), you must submit before & after photos and body scan results. However, you can still win spot prizes for consistency, participation, engagement and completing/winning mini challenges.

How much does it cost to join?

Sign up for just $89.95 which is our early bird special (before December 22nd) with flexibility to pay in 4 weekly payments of $22.49 or if you are not a profiles member you can still join at $109.95 or 3 weekly payments of $36.65

Do I need to be a Profiles Gym member to join?

No, this challenge is open to all Profiles Gym, ETHOS, REBOOT, Papamoa and Greerton members and non-members. 

What if I can't start exactly on January 12th?

That’s okay! You’ll still have access to all workouts, nutrition plans, mini challenges and accountability tasks to help keep you accountable over the full 6 weeks

What are the challenge dates?

The challenge kicks off on January 12th, 2026, and runs for six weeks until February 22nd

How will I receive updates during the challenge?

You’ll get regular updates and check-ins through the Profiles Training App, email, and our online  challenge community.

Will I receive a meal plan?

The challenge includes nutrition guidance, meal plans, recipe books, and food/calorie tracking.

Do I need any special equipment?

No! The challenge includes both gym-based and home-based workouts, with options for all fitness levels and available equipment.

Can I do this challenge with a friend?

Absolutely! We encourage you to invite friends, family, or gym buddies. Having a partner boosts motivation and accountability!
