Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Your instructor will lead you through a series of moves from a range of martial arts, to a series of different music tracks. Burn up to 740 calories during the high energy class, toning your arms, back, legs and shoulders.

Suitable for any experience levels, BODYCOMBAT® will improve co-ordination and agility whilst building your self confidence. Develop your strength and balance through reactive core training from simple moves such as the side-kick and other key MMA moves practised in the class. 

BODYCOMBAT® is a non-contact fitness program, not a self-defence course. However, fitness is beneficial in any situation.
