To claim:
Pop in and see the team during staffed hours with your receipt ( or order number ). Our staff will collect your contact details, ask you to fill out a form, take your photo, activate your key and lastly give you a tour.
Your membership will be active from the day you come in to confirm your details and sign our 24/7 access security form. Memberships must be claimed within 3 months from purchase date.

You or the person you purchase this for can head on down to any Profiles Gym of choice as soon as your purchase is made. You will receive an email with your order number.
You will not have to wait for any confirmation texts or calls from us.
Vouchers can be purchased for current members to extend their membership, and for non members who wish to join Profiles Gym
